Teen behaviour & the influence of devices on them

This two-part programme is a look at some of the brain and hormonal changes taking place in our teens that influence their behaviour so that we can cut them some slack as well as ourselves, the parents, as we navigate these challenging years. Decision making, impulse control (or lack of!) and the reward pathway are areas we will discuss.

Furthermore, we will look at the influence of electronic devices upon teens and how they feed into potential addictions if not managed appropriately. It will ultimately conclude with ways to work alongside our teens to support safe outcomes.
